Professional journey

Over the past 16 years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy; shaping products and experiences that bridge business goals with user needs. Starting out in marketing communications, I transitioned into product and UX design as I helped steer a fast-growing startup into the telecom space, eventually leading cross-functional teams across design, R&D, and product development. From launching high-performance network analytics solutions for Tier 1 telcos to mentoring new talent and building out design systems from scratch, my journey has been defined by a hands-on, multidisciplinary approach – and a relentless drive to turn complex problems into purposeful, human-centred solutions.

The path forward at Cymph

I’ve always felt that cybersecurity has been too reactive for too long. With AI accelerating everything, from threats to decision-making, the cracks in that model are only going to deepen. I believe we need a complete rethink of how we prepare for and respond to cyber incidents.

At Cymph, I see an opportunity to move cybersecurity onto the front foot, by combining the culture of collaboration, the flexibility of cloud-native tools, and the power of AI to create, test, and evolve response plans continuously. It’s not just about automation; it’s about making cyber response more intuitive, adaptive, and shared.

To me, Cymph has the potential to reshape this space in the same way tools like Slack, Notion, Figma, and ChatGPT transformed how we communicate, create, and think. It’s a fresh, necessary approach and I’m so excited to be part of building it.
